CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS (CFR), AND THE VOLUNTARY STANDARDS AND RECOMMENDED PRACTICES DEVELOPED BY THE AMERICAN BOAT AND YACHT COUNCIL; (ABYC). AND THE NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION (NFPA). HAVE BEEN USED AS GUIDELINES IN THE CONDUCT OF THIS SURVEY.
